SO I've never been the biggest fan of pizza but when I saw this post about breakfast pizza on cupcakesandcashmere.com I was super intrigued. The idea of eggs on a pizza sounded like such a unusual combination that I had to try it myself. I changed the recipe a bit by adding baby portobello mushrooms and red bell peppers plus I left my bacon pieces a little chunkier. I think the addition asparagus would also be a nice touch for next time I make this delicious meal!
